Comcen and SpinTel have been operating as sister companies since 1996 and have shared the same resources, staff and wholesale providers since. Both companies have been under the same management and operations for more than 10 years.
This amalgamation will make it easier and more efficient for customers and staff alike to keep you up to date with the latest offers and improvements. There will be no change in management, our call centre, your plan, your email address (you will keep your existing Comcen email address), or the online portal 'My Account' login details. All existing staff will be retained and your existing contract will remain as is.
The Comcen and SpinTel Terms & Conditions, products and plans are identical. SpinTel's website can be viewed at: spin.net.au, and the Terms & Conditions can be viewed here: spin.net.au/terms

If you are paying your account by Credit Card or Direct Debit, you will begin to see SpinTel on your bank statement. If you are paying using an alternative method, new details will appear on the 'how to pay' section of your bill.

No. The plans and products offered by Comcen are identical to SpinTel. Your current plan will remain the same.
Very little will change — you will notice the website change to SpinTel (spin.net.au), your bill will be branded 'SpinTel', you will be known as a SpinTel customer by our call centre staff and you will see the company name SpinTel on your bank statements if you pay by direct debit.
Yes. You will keep your existing Comcen email address.
No. You are not required to change plans and the plan you are currently on will continue until you wish to change it.
