SpinTel named one of Australia's top internet providers

SpinTel has been named one of Australia's top internet service providers for speed and customer satisfaction, in a report compiled by leading comparison website BroadbandExpert.com.au.

The report published on 3 May 2012 surveyed 45,000 people, ranking SpinTel 5th on the list of Broadband Customer Ratings with a satisfaction rating of 71 per cent.

On the list of Fastest Broadband Providers, SpinTel ranked 6th with an average download speed of 4.73Mbps. Three hundred and seven two SpinTel customers were surveyed to determine these results.

SpinTel Sales Manager James Fewtrell says, "We are delighted that these results exceed industry averages; reaffirming SpinTel's commitment to provide market-leading products without compromising it's customer-serviced-based ethos."

Broadband Expert director Rob Webber noted that the "data shows there's clearly a high level of satisfaction with current broadband services."

SpinTel launches new reseller program.

Sydney 4th March 2008

SpinTel today announces the launch of a new reseller program. The program will be aimed at computer retailers and system integrators.

SpinTel's Marketing Manager Bill McArthur says, "With the recent demise of many ISP reseller programs we feel that this is the ideal time to introduce this program. Margins on computers have become painfully low the past few years and our program offers the reseller the opportunity to double or triple what they may make on the sale."

The SpinTel reseller program has been in development over the past six months and it provides an extensive back end for commission tracking. Point of sale is provided on start up with an online re-ordering feature.

The commission payment will be large once off payments as opposed to ongoing commission, which is the current industry norm. Mr McArthur adds, "Some companies offer ongoing commission but it takes a while to build up a large dollar amount. The reseller is also dependent on the customer remaining with the ISP. Internet launches Free Mobile Broadband for Sydney in world first.

Internet continues its free iBurst offer... this time taking its exciting free mobile broadband offer to Sydney... A world first we believe.

After successful launches in Canberra and the Gold Coast, Internet moves to add another city to the free offer with its plan to introduce free mobile broadband to Sydney.
