International roaming charges may be higher than charges for international calls from Australia and data may be more expensive. International roaming is disabled by default; contact customer service on 1300 303 375 to have it enabled or disabled as required. Please note customers must meet certain qualification requirements before international roaming can be enabled. We reserve the right to refuse the activation or deactivation of international roaming on any mobile service. All rates are listed in Australian dollars. Voice and Video calls are charged per 60 seconds. GST does not apply to roaming charges (except for SMS and MMS). National Voice Calls are calls within the same country. International Voice Calls are calls outside the country you are in. When you make a call or send an SMS you will be charged the rate for the country you are in. When someone calls you (from Australia or overseas), they will be charged the normal cost of a call or SMS to a SpinTel mobile in Australia. You pay SpinTel roaming rates for receiving calls in the country you are roaming in. |
