- If you select a "New Phone Connection" on your application, we will contact you if the installation will attract a fee above $59.
- Should a technician be required, we will contact you to advise of the appointment time.
- Additional service charges (for each additional service connected at the same time, premises and customer) are as follows - Inplace: $59, Reconnect: $75.50, New: $179.
- Additional charges may apply for items such as: cabling past the main distribution frame (MDF) or first socket where no MDF exists; trenching; or more difficult installations.
