Billing Periods
Your bill period is determined by the date your service was activated. You will receive bill and your bank account or credit card will be debited 7 days later which is the ‘due date’
If you would like a paper bill sent to your billing address, you may select this in My Account, however there is a small fee associated with this as it’s discouraged for environmental reasons.
