I won’t have enough money on the due date, can I get an extension?
If you believe you will not have sufficient funds in your account on the due date, you must notify us a minimum of 48 hours prior to the due date to extend your payment. Payment extensions can be extended a maximum of 14 days and may attract a fee of $11 due to the late payment.
