I have a static IP; do the setup guides on your website still apply to me?
If you have a single static IP attached to your ADSL account then yes, you will be able to follow the standard setup guides on our website to configure your modem; we will assign your modem the correct IP automatically.
If you have a block of IPs, you can still use the standard setup guides on our website and we assign your modem with your WAN IP. Configuration of the additional IP addresses on your internal network is beyond the capability of SpinTel support technicians. While we may be able to provide some assistance, we strongly recommend seeking the advice of an accredited computer technician
