If you’re seeing this error there is a problem with how your computer is connecting to your modem. It’s a good idea to check there is a cable running between your computer and the modem. If it’s connected properly you should see a light on the modem indicating this (it could be labeled as Ethernet/LAN or represented as a number). If you don’t see a light on, try power cycling your modem and trying another cable. This error is generally hardware related and should be followed up with the manufacturer of the device
