Connect the Billion BPIAC 7300, 7402R2, 7402G, 7402LM, 7301VGP or 7404VGP to the power, phone line and network to your PC. Turn it on and wait about 1 minute for it to boot up and establish an ADSL signal.
Load Internet Explorer.

Type the following in the address bar: 192.168.1.254

When prompted for a username and password, type:
Username: admin
Password: admin

Click on Quick Start on the left-hand side.

Once the new pages loads, in the username and password fields, type:
Username: [phonenumber]@spin.net.au
Password: [the password you selected when signing up with us]
Once you have completed the username and password fields, click Apply at the bottom of the page.

A window will appear saying 'Successful', click OK.

Click the blue Save Config button at the bottom of the page. Once the new page loads, click the Apply button.

A window will appear saying 'Save Config to Flash Successful', click OK.
You are now connected to the internet.

You will be asked for your phone number and which lights are on, off or flashing on your modem.
