Connect the Billion 7300 RA to the power, phone line and network to your PC. Turn it on and wait about 1 minute for it to boot up and establish an ADSL signal. Load Internet Explorer.
Type the following in the address bar: 192.168.1.254
When prompted for a username and password, type:
Username: admin
Password: admin
Click on WAN on the left-hand side.
Once the new pages loads, in the username and password fields, type: Username: [phonenumber]@spin.net.au Password: [We will send you a system generated password]
Once you have completed the username and password fields, click Apply under the settings.
Once the page refreshes click on the Save Config link at the bottom of the page.
Once the new page loads, click the Apply button.
This following window will appear indicating you are online
You are now connected to the internet.

You will be asked for your phone number and which lights are on, off or flashing on your modem. Please have this information ready.
