Connect the Billion 7404VGPX to the power, phone line and network to your PC. Turn it on and wait about 2 minutes for it to boot up and establish an ADSL signal. Load Internet Explorer.
Type the following in the address bar: 192.168.1.254
When prompted for a username and password, type:
Username: admin
Password: admin
Click on WAN in the menu on the left
Enter your username and password in the fields provided and click Apply. The rest of the settings can remain as default
Click on 
at the bottom of the page; the following screen will appear. Click Apply
Click OK on the pop up window
Congratulations, you have successfully setup your 7404VGPX modem router
