First of all ensure your modem has a wireless function. Most wireless modems will have a light on the front indicating that WLAN or WIFI is turned on.
Then make sure the Wireless Network Card in your PC is on. Some PCs have a button or a function (e.g: F2 key) to turn this on. Look for a sign like the the ones below.
When you click on the correct network name, a box asking for a password appears. If you untick the box that says Hide Characters, you'll be able to see the password. If you got your modem from us, the password should be the same as the one for your ADSL connection.

After clicking OK, the computer will try to connect to the network. If unsuccessful there could be a password problem and you'd need to log in to the router to find the password. If you got your modem from us, you can find a guide on it in our Broadband Guide section.
