Connect the 4 port Wireless TP-Link Adsl2+ modem Router to the power.
Plug the phone line into the wall socket and the modem.
Plug the network cable to your PC and the other end of the cable into your modem.
Turn the TP link on and wait about 1-2 minutes for it to boot up and establish an ADSL signal. You will notice that the modem is ready to configure when the ADSL light is solid.
Open up your internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome.) Once your browser is open, type into the address bar 192.168.1.1

Once loaded, the page will request a username and password.
Username = admin
Password = admin

Click on Interface Setup

You will now have a page the looks as follows.

On this page you need to insure that Virtual Circuit is set to PVC0, then set the following:
VPI: 8
VCI: 35
Once you have done this, select: PPPoA/PPPoE.

Enter your Broadband username which you where provided with into the Username field and enter the password you where provided with in Password field. Ensure that Encapsulation is set to PPPoE LLC.

Press the "Save" button to finalize changes.
To configure the Wireless settings for your modem select "Wireless" at the top of the page. You will then see the page below.

Change the Channel to Australia. The SSID is the name of the network: and can be changed to a name of your choosing. Under Authentication Type click on the drop down and select WPA-PSK. You will then see a new box called Pre-Shared Key. This is the password for your wireless network.

Press the "Save" button to finalize changes.
