How much space can I use on your server before I start experiencing problems?
SpinTel customers are allocated 50MB of mailbox space for each address. It is a good idea to keep track of large messages that you have stored on the server to prevent reaching the 50MB quota. This can be done via Webmail if you are storing messages on the server or are in fact using Webmail as your every day mail program.
You will be warned via email advising that you are approaching you maximum mailbox size, when it reaches 85% capacity. At this stage, it is a good idea to clear out any old or large files that you do not need to keep on the server.
