I've flagged my emails as deleted but I can still see them there, why haven't they gone?
If you are using Webmail, you will notice that when you select an email to trash and then click on the "delete" link on the bottom left-hand corner, the email will appear with a strike-through. This simply marks the message for deletion, but does not remove it from the server. To finalise this process, you need to also click on the "purge deleted" button on the bottom right-hand corner.
