Our servers automatically try to remove any potentially unsafe files from reaching your mailbox. These can range from .exe files to .pdf files. If we have quarantined an attachment for some reason, you will be notified via email, with a text file containing information needed to retrieve the file should it have been stopped in error. This file will normally be called SpinTelAttachmentWarning.txt. It will contain a date as well as a Email ID that is needed to retrieve the correct message.
There is two ways of reviving a lost attachment:
Log in through the My Account section (http://www.spin.net.au/) and click on "Email Attachment Quarantine" on the right-hand side
Call or email the Support team with the attachment information to process this request for you
