You will usually receive this error message if the password you have entered for your email account does to match the one we have on our servers. This can often be rectified by simply re-typing your password and trying again. Be sure to include any capital letters you might have in your password as this information is case sensitive.
Security software could also be to blame here, so if the above does not rectify your issue, try temporarily disabling firewall and antivirus software you have running and see if this makes a difference.
You can test your username and password at any time, via our Webmail service from the SpinTel web page. This will verify your details and act as an interface for you to check your email directly from our server
