If you move your home or office, SpinTel needs to relocate your service by reordering the connection at the new premises. There is also a common misconception that simply moving your phone line or number, will also move ADSL services. This is not true. Dialup and 3G services do not require this process.
To get the ball rolling, log into My Account through our website and complete the ‘Moving House?’ link located in the menu on the right hand side. This form goes straight through to our Orders department who will begin processing your application as soon as they receive it.
