How can I check or change my password?
You can change email password by logging into My Account through our website, details on this can be located in online guides section. However, if you want to change your administrative account password or your ADSL password, you will need to contact support on 1300 303 375 who will confirm your identity over the phone and change it for you. A request for a password change cannot be done by written correspondence
