Usage
Shows you the data usage for the service. Choose the service you want to look at and click View.

In the upper right corner you can choose the month see usage for.

The usage information on this page is updated at regular intervals depending on the type of connection you have with us. The updates may be on occasion less frequent, due to factors such as network load, delays with usage reports, systems maintenance or the time you log on relative to the last update. If this is the case you can check for delays by clicking on 'Daily Breakdown'. It will indicate the last recorded usage.
To monitor your own usage, we recommend using a third party usage monitoring tool such as NetMeter which you can download by clicking here (Filesize: 576KB). NetMeter will give you a good indication of how your usage is progressing for the month. Please note that NetMeter is not 100% accurate and you should also be comparing the usage shown in NetMeter to the usage shown in My Account (as My Account will be your billable usage).
Change Plan
This section will allow you to change the plan of your SpinTel service to a new one.
Simply select the service on which you would like to perform the plan change and click Submit. On the next page you will be given a list of plans to pick from. A plan change won't go through until the beginning of the next calendar month. Also, once a plan change has been requested, you won't be permitted to request another until said change has taken affect.
