This section includes both landline and VoIP.
Call Usage
If you have more than one service, click View on the one you'd like to see. Shows you the usage for the current month. Choose month in the drop box on the right corner to see usage for past months.
Voicemail – only for VoIP.
Listen to your Voicemail by clicking Playback. You can delete and download messages too.
Configure Service
Landline: Activate your Voicemail, Caller Number Display and Silent Number. Please be advised, charges apply.
VoIP:
1. DID – get a DID, a phone number, for your VoIP.
2. Call Forward Unconditional – When enabled will forward all calls to assigned number
3. Call Forward Unavalible - When enabled will forward missed calls to assigned number
4. Call Forward Busy - When enabled will forward call to assigned number when VoIP in use
5. Call Forward Timed - When enabled will forward all calls at time assigned.
6. Voicemail – Voicemail lets callers leave a message for you, when you have a new message an email will be sent and you can listen to your voicemail on My Account.
7. Call Waiting – Will beep if a second call coming through.
8. Do Not Disturb - Allows you to set a status for your service to stop incoming calls. Incoming callers will get a busy tone, divert their call to another number (if enabled) or Voice Mail (if enabled).
Relocate
Select the services you wish to relocate and make sure you tick them then select Next. Select the date you wish to disconnect the service at the Old address and the Date you wish to connect it at the new premises.
Enter the New address you are relocating to. Hit Next at the bottom of the page once completed and a reference number will be provided once Form has been successfully completed.
Change Plan
This section will allow you to change the plan of your SpinTel service to a new one.
Simply select the service on which you would like to perform the plan change and click Submit. On the next page you will be given a list of plans to pick from. A plan change won't go through until the beginning of the next calendar month. Also, once a plan change has been requested, you won't be permitted to request another until said change has taken affect.
