As a SpinTel customer you are allowed up to 12 email addresses. These can be added simply by clicking on Create a New User. If the email address you want is already taken, the form will advise you and you will need to try another username
My Users
Here you will find a list of all the users that are active on your account. This is where you change passwords for e-mails, and you can also make a regular user an Administrator by modifying a user.
Unlock Attachment
Occasionally our mail server will remove potentially dangerous attachments from emails. If you receive a notification from us about this, use the date and email ID found in the email to unlock it here.
Create New User
To create a new e-mail address add a Basic User. Please ensure you fill out at least the username, both password fields, full name, date of birth and a contact number. Additional information is optional. Once this information is submitted and you can see it in the Users list, you can use it straight away
To add a new Administrator choose Moderator. A Moderator will be allowed to do the following:
- Add & Remove other Users
- Add & Cancel services including ADSL, Phone, 3G Wireless Broadband & all other products (by Email).
- Call our Support & Accounts Teams.
- Change Passwords
For Administrator you’ll need to fill in all the details correctly as these are the details we use to confirm the identity of a caller or sender of email.
