Can I surf the Internet when using VoIP? Will it affect the quality of my calls?
Yes you can surf the Internet while on a VoIP call. However, depending on your VoIP hardware it may affect your calls. We suggest ensuring that you have a priority setup on your hardware for VoIP and QoS (Quality of Service) enabled. Furthermore traffic throttling should be enabled on your hardware (if supported). Your hardware manufacturer will be able to assist with this.
