If you are using Windows 7 (or Vista), click on Start. Then in the Search field at the bottom, type in "cmd" and press Enter.
Note - For customers using Windows XP: Click on Start -> Run -> Type in "cmd" and press OK.
In the black window, type in "ipconfig" and press Enter. Write down the Default Gateway. Close the black window.
Note - In this case it is "192.168.3.1". However, this will change depending on your ADSL Modem.
Open your Internet Browser (usually Internet Explorer) and in the address bar, enter the details you wrote down from the Run window. For the above example you would enter "192.168.3.1". Press Enter or "Go".
You will be asked to enter a username and password.
Username: admin
Password: admin
Click on "Login".
You are now logged into the Minitar ATA. Click on "Setup Wizard" on the left hand side
You will be taken to a "WAN Settings" page. Click Next on this screen.
You will then be taken to the "Provider Settings" page. Select "SpinTel" from the Provider List dropdown and enter the following settings:
Note - Display Name is your full name. User Name, Register Name and Password are your VoIP username details we have provided.
Click on Next at the bottom.
You will see the following screen. Click on "Save" to save your configuration.
You will then be redirected to the main screen (it may ask you to re-enter a username and password, just use admin/admin again). Please ensure you see "Registered" for Provider 1, otherwise you may have incorrectly entered your login details.
We now need to configure the "Codec Settings". To do so, click on "SIP Settings" on the left hand side.
Click on "Codec Settings"
Enter the settings as follows:
Click on Submit.
Click on "Save" to Save the Settings and Reboot the Minitar.
You have now setup your Minitar ATA successfully.
